I am… …a high school docent that teaches the January 1964 events as part of Panama`s curricular standards. I am using this website because... ...I need to find primary resources, educate myself on the history of these events and get ideas for classroom activities. Concerns and Challenges • It’s hard to search for primary sources in Spanish. There are not enough results, and many are biased. • Resources are on different websites. How can I find everything for teachers in one place? • I want to easily search and sort through resources that are appropriate for my specific needs. • I am not very tech savvy; I need a site that is easily navigable. • I use the internet mainly to interact with Whats App and Facebook using my cell phone. • I don`t allow students to cite Wikipedia as a reference. |
